As an individual being granted access to educational productions (or events) available through the entity distributing content using CETstream, your rights to view these productions (or events) and to use associated materials are subject to certain limitations.

1.  GRANT OF RIGHT TO VIEW.  As an employee, associate or contract staff person affiliated with an organization or as an individual authorized viewer, you are entitled to view the educational productions (or events) for which these access rights have been granted.  You have been provided a login ID and password to be used to access the productions (or events) and understand that these are being provided to you for your exclusive use, and are not to be shared with other individuals.

2.  COPY RESTRICTIONS. The productions (or events) and accompanying collateral materials you will be accessing are copyrighted by the content provider, and educational content prepared for these productions and events may also be copyrighted by the speaker(s).  Any duplication, dissemination or distribution of productions (or events) including audio, video, still images, or computer files is expressly prohibited and you understand that these are being provided to you solely for your personal use.

3.  TERMINATION OF ACCESS: The content provider and CETstream reserve the right to terminate your access at any point in time should it be determined that you have shared your login ID and password with any other individual or that you have duplicated in any way the productions (or events) to which you have been given access.
